NUMB3RS

I am a big fan of the television show numbers. Mainly I think David Krumholz is cute. But don't tell Bob. My official story is that I like crime dramas (which I do), and I love the idea of making Math seem cool, rather than "When am I ever going to use Algebra?". When you want a hot girl friend like Charlie Epps has! Or a cool job like Charlie Epps has! Or black curls like Charlie Epps has! Or middle aged women to carry blue granny panties to throw in your face in case they ever see you walking down the street like Charlie Epps has! Wait...maybe that last one isn't quite as encouraging as I may have thought it was at first....DANG!
A new friend from another blog gave me a link to this picture, (which, apparently, she drew! WOW!) which, why wouldn't I want to steal for this blog....Because it's AWeSOME! Click on the picture to see her site, and her thoughts on NUMB3RS.

Now, excuse me, I think I need to clean out my purse....

P.S.
Rae, Alexandra, and I have been writing haikus with the captchas on www.2secondsfaster.com. Captchas are like word verifications, only they are called Captchas. And are often actual words. I am pretty proud of this haiku, brought to you by the words Abstract, and air...(I so wanted that last sentence to remind you of how Sesame Street ends their show with "brought to you by the letter 'C'", or whatever. Did it work?)

Abstract thoughts are the
Very air that I breathe in
How do I exhale?

Well, for the record, I DON'T enjoy anything about math (past multiplacation/division/addition/subtraction. You know, the necessary stuff.)
AWESOME picture (I do love art!) and great poem! (I love poetry. Especially yours.)

Well, whatever that poem thingy is called, it is awesome.

And David Krumholz is H-A-W-T!

Nice pic, Sherri.

Who is David Krumholz? And there is a show called Numbers? Have I been living in a hole?

Yeah, it would be a given that I think a math nerd is cute, right? What's funny is that he did a couple movies as a teenager and back then he always had the dorky friend role and was kind of chubby. Which makes me like him a little more...
I like Numb3rs a lot, even though I haven't watched it much. And your friend's picture is good!

Here's a pic I found! http://movies.yahoo.com/movie/1800018548/photo/32801

Math is hard. I'm dyslexic, so you can imagine how difficult math is for me. Not to mention I'm just not that smart.

I've recently started studying Haiku. It's not just your every day 7-5-7 anymore, is it?

Loved your haiku!

I love Numbers, even though watching it makes me feel stupid. I like the big guy who always seems to whisper when he talks. I don't think he's H-A-W-T, though. That's not how I roll.

I've never seen the show, but I'll have to let my wife (the math teacher) know about it. We'll see if math trumps her dislike for crime drama (I'm betting it won't but maybe if she knows there are H-A-W-T guys in it, that'll make a difference). I can barely get her to watch House with me.

Awww, thanks for putting up my picture! :D

He's so dang adorkable. I'm actually working on another picture- with a little cartoony Charlie and a little cartoony Don. I'm having a hard time figuring out a little background for Don (Charlie has...a chalkboard...again, lol). I doodled in a little spaceship with little flying people as an homage to The X-Files (as they also had FBI folks).

Any idears? I'll link to the drawing later- I need to upload it on the intertubes.
